Position Description

Title: Registered Nurse

Speciality: ICU( Intensive Care Unit)

Location: Novi, MI 48374

Duration: 13-week contract

Shift: 12 Hours, Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM); every other weekend and holiday required

Guaranteed Hours: 36/Per Week; 48-hour schedule available if requested

Pay Range: $50-$60 /Per Hour (DOE)

Essential Functions:

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care.
Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family.
Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team.
Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Experience, Education, Licensure & Certification:

Required:

RN License in the state of Michigan is required.
Must have 2+ years’ Neuro ICU experience.
Current BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications are required.

Preferred:

Cerner experience, previous travel experience, previous level 2 trauma experience Ratio: 2:1
